Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings along DW802 in the Siennica Commune and the Latowicz Commune (BOM No. 324 entitled Safe pedestrians - improving safety in the Siennica Commune and Latowicz Commune) procedure no. 045/26.2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Functional and Utility Program (Part III SWZ).3. If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or require changes to the existing organization of vehicle or pedestrian traffic, the Contractor should prepare, at his own expense, a temporary traffic organization project to secure the works carried out in the road for the duration of the works in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 23 2003 on detailed conditions for road traffic management and supervision over this management (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729). All costs related to the introduction of traffic organization will be borne by the Contractor.
