Tender Details

The subject of the order is the design and construction of an entrance gate to the building of the Ministry of Climate and Environment (hereinafter: MKI) at ul. Wawelska 52/54 in Warsaw.3.2. The order will be carried out in 2 stages: Stage I: development of Design Documentation including with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit from the competent architectural and construction administration authority; Stage II: implementation of construction works based on the Design Documentation developed by the Ordering Party and the decisions obtained, and ensuring author's supervision at the stage of implementation of construction works. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes the contract template. Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ together with the Description of the subject of the contract (annex to the contract template) and the Functional and Utility Program constitute Annex No. 1a to the Agreement, excluding the parts of the FUP relating to the reinforcement of the ceiling of the gate passage and the relocation of the facility intended for the temporary collection of municipal waste
