Brief description of the procurement: Design and construction of roads, buildings and facilities of the basic infrastructure of the defense industry park area. The scope of work includes the following buildings and facilities: Emergency exits, amin. building, garage, boiler houses, boreholes, firefighting reservoirs, substations, park perimeter road and garden, blasting area and waste burning area, roads and routes. The scope of the procurement also includes the acquisition of inventory and technology. The project is financed by the special objective of policy objective 1 "Smarter Estonia" of the Cohesion Policy Funds Implementation Plan 2021-2027 (a)(vii) Under the intervention 21.1.6.3.1 "Defense Industrial Park Basic Infrastructure" supported under Measure 21.1.6.3 "Defense Industrial Park Basic Infrastructure" under "Increasing Industrial Capability to Advance Defense Capability, Prioritizing Dual Use Capabilities".
