Design and construction of apartments at ul. Obrońcow Poczta Gdańska in Zawiercie - for STAGE III, on plot no. 214, in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Stage III will be divided into the following two stages tasks:
Task 1 - preparation of executive design documentation for the building for Stage III (building No. 3) and construction and executive documentation for connections and networks for Stage III,
Task 2 - construction works in Stage III (building no. 3), development, connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for building No. 3, obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit for building No. 3.
