Design and construction of apartments at ul. Obrońcow Poczty Gdańska in Zawiercie - for STAGE II, on plot no. 214, in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Stage II will be divided into the following two stages tasks:
Task 1 - preparation of executive design documentation for the building for Stage II (building No. 2) and construction and executive documentation for connections and networks for Stage II,
Task 2 - construction works in Stage II (building no. 2), development, connections and network to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for building No. 2, obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit for building No. 2.
