Design and construction of apartments at ul. Obrońcow Poczty Gdańska in Zawiercie - for STAGE I, on plot no. 214, in accordance with the Employer's requirements specified in this SWZ, Local Plan and in accordance with the provisions of applicable law.
Stage I will be divided into the following two stages tasks:
Task 1 - preparation of executive design documentation for the building for Stage I (building No. 1) and construction and executive documentation for connections and networks for Stage I,
Task 2 - construction works in Stage I (building No. 1), development, connections and networks to the extent necessary to obtain an occupancy permit for building No. 1, obtaining a decision on an occupancy permit for building No. 1.
