Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the design and construction of lighting for pedestrian crossings along DW 637 in the Dobre commune and the Stanisaww commune (BOM No. 123 entitled Improving road traffic safety by lighting pedestrian crossings on DW 637).2. Detailed description of the subject of the Order can be found in the Functional and Utility Program (Part III SWZ).3. If the occupation of the road lane will affect road traffic or limit visibility on the road or require changes to the existing traffic organization vehicles or pedestrians, the Contractor should prepare, at his own expense, a temporary traffic organization project to secure the works carried out in the road for the duration of the works in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of September 23, 2003 regarding detailed conditions for road traffic management and supervision over this management (Journal of Laws No. 177, item 1729). All costs related to the introduction of traffic organization will be borne by the Contractor.
