Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR DESIGN AND BUILD FOR VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF EXISTING FACILITIES AND CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL STRUCTURES AT RRCY-OAS
1. In view of the Two (2) Failed Public Biddings conducted, the Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office V, intends to negotiate, as authorized by its Regional Director, in accordance with Section 35.1 Two Failed Biddings of the IRR of RA 12009 and apply the sum of Forty Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱44, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build for Various Construction and Improvement of Existing Facilities and Construction of Additional Structures at RRCY-OAS/IB GOP 2026-DSWD-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
