The assignment concerns the design and construction of a storage shed on the Ottergemsesteenweg site, which will be used by the university's Campus & Building department, Campus Service, and mainly serves for the temporary storage of furniture. This assignment includes the design and implementation of a storage shed and the external landscaping around it. The storage shed is located on Ottergemsesteenweg Zuid. Cadastral data: GENT 8 AFD, Section H, Plot 359l The tenderer is asked to make additional efforts to using circular materials and demountable techniques. The assignment includes the measurement of the existing condition, the coordinated study and follow-up of the works regarding architecture, stability, all techniques (HVAC, sanitary, electricity, fire fighting, ...) and includes performance in the context of safety coordination, Vlarema and sustainability. The assignment includes all tasks required to carry out the works (sketch designs, preliminary designs, environmental permit file, implementation file, etc.), to be able to put the building into use (as built files, post-intervention file, evacuation plans, etc.) and the implementation and monitoring of the implementation.
