1) The Department of Health - Las Piñas Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-LPDATRC), through the TRUSTFUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design and Build of a Solar PV System with Battery Storage and Grid-Tied Net Metering Functionality under ITB No. CB 2026-04-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-LPDATRC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
