The Rizal Medical Center, through the Hospital Operating Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (Php12, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build: Renovation Project for the Construction of RizalMed Wound Care Center and Skills Laboratory with Heat, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System Installation under ITB No. 2025-380 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Rizal Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days.
