1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development through the National Government Agency (NGA), funded under the General Appropriations Act (GAA) or Special Appropriations of the Government of the Philippines (GOP) under GASS 100000100001000 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Four Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and 46/100 (Php20, 454, 432.46) being the ABC to payment under the contract for “Design and Build of the Reception and Study Center for Children (RSCC) Administration/Multi-Disciplinary Building”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office 02 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
