Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DOH-LABUAN GENERAL HOSPITAL (DOH-LGH), now invites bids for the above captioned Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty (20) months, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, and has completed a contracts similar to the Project equivalent to at least 50% of the ABC.
