Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System - Corporate Office (MWSS-CO), through its 2024 Annual Procurement Plan (APP) and Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 380, 900, 000.00), inclusive of the 12% VAT, other taxes and duties being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build of the MWSS Multi-Level Parking Building No. 2 denominated as Contract No. 2024-FOD-IF-CPB-MLP2-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The MWSS-CO now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Fifty-Five (455) calendar days from receipt of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
