The municipal council of Lille wants to realize a 'Leisure Center Molenvelden' in Gierle. For a general framework of the project and of the basic objectives that the Client wants to achieve with the design and construction assignment, an integral referred to the Project Definition in Appendix 6. A ceiling budget of 4 million euros is proposed for the realization of this project (including fees and VAT).
