DESIGN AND BUILD OF MANDAUE CITY GOVERNMENT CENTER (MCGC) AND CONTIGUOUS INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENTS

1. The City Government of Mandaue, through the General Fund - 9999 10704010 Approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Two Billion Five Hundred Million Pesos only (Php2, 500, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Design and Build of Mandaue City Government Center (MCGC) and Contiguous Infrastructure Developments (PR-2024-9999-0349). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Mandaue now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 35 months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
