PRASA proposed a design and build project to improve its instrument and control infrastructure, as part of its DRRS (Digital Resiliency and Response System) initiative that looks to enhance its planning and response capabilities across various critical scenarios in the North Region. The project includes the installation of new instruments and control components that will be integrated into PRASA-s existing SCADA system.
