1. The Philippine Normal University, through the GAA 101 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Million Pesos (₱200, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Design-and-Build for the Construction of a Three-Storey Gymnasium, Manila Campus (CW 2026-06-009). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Normal University will only invite eligible bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
