Description : 1. The DOH-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT CALABARZON, through the General Appropriations Act of 2021 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P49, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design and Build for the Construction of Batangas Medical Center Annex, (Northern Tagalog Regional Hospital) Rodriguez Rizal under CP NTRH-CHD4A- R07-21. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DOH-CENTER FOR HEALTH DEVELOPMENT CALABARZON now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for 360 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
