Design and author supervision of the Traffic Management System (TMS) in the city of Plovdiv under the project "Introduction of ecological, clean and integrated urban transport in the city of Plovdiv" of the Program "Development of... Design and author supervision of the Management System of traffic (SUT) in the city of Plovdiv under the project "Introduction of ecological, clean and integrated urban transport in the city of Plovdiv" of the Program "Development of the Regions" 2021-2027. The subject of this public procurement is the upgrading of the Traffic Management System (SUT) by designing new traffic light systems at intersections on the territory of the city of Plovdiv, as well as designing changes to existing traffic light systems at intersections included in SUT, within the framework of the project "Introduction of ecological, clean and integrated urban transport in the city of Plovdiv" of the Program "Development of the Regions" 2021-2027. The scope of the order includes the following activities: Activity 1 "Elaboration of a technical project"; Activity 2 "Author supervision during CMR". The designer ones activities that are within the scope of this order concern 20 intersections on the territory of the city of Plovdiv, specified in the Technical Specification. The specific 20 intersections will be commissioned for design by the Employer after signing the contract with the Contractor. For 3 of the intersections, which will be further specified by the Contracting Authority, an accessible environment must be designed. Depending on the current state of each of the intersections, the Employer envisages two main types of design, which differ in the scope and parts of the projects to be included.
