Tender Details

The assignment includes the design and realization of the redevelopment of Brucargo Oost. The redevelopment program of Brucargo Oost ("BCE") provides for the development of a completely new-build state-of-the-art warehouse for a consolidated surface area of ​​- 7, 300 m2 with an adjoining sideears, according to 'BREEAM Excellent'. However, the necessary preliminary demolition work is not part of this assignment. Brussels Airport Company has decided to realize this redevelopment through "Designpresent: construction, architecture, stability and techniques. Candidates must also take into account that due attention will have to be paid to, among other things, acoustics and compliance with the EPB requirements during the design and realization of the building. If necessary, the assignment can be oalso include the execution of fit-out works for the customer-end user. This will be clarified in the specifications provided to the selected candidates.
