This is a combined synopsis/solicitation announcement for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.202, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and supplemented with additional information. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation to request quotes. Written solicitation will not be issued. A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated.
The Veterans Administration, White City Medical Center, 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, Oregon requires a Dermatology Laser, Brand Name or Equal (BNOE) to the Lumenis BE Stellar M22 Multi-Platform Laser/Light Treatment System with the required characteristics listed below. Due to site preparation, the anticipated delivery date would be December 2026.
