(i) General Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0115 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Roof Replacement at the Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR) in Cairo, Egypt.
This acquisition is not set aside for small business concerns.

(iii) Description of Requirement
The contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, incidentals and construction services necessary for roof replacement at the Deputy Chief of Mission residence (DCMR) in Cairo, Egypt, as fully described in the Statement of Work, specifications, drawings, and other technical documents included with this solicitation. This is a bid-build construction project.
Quoters are responsible for reviewing the entire solicitation package and all its attachments listed in attachment 1 - Sections I-IV.
