Description : Perform aspects of repair/maintenance to the emergency generator system at the Pennsylvania State Police, Department Headquarters Building at 1800 Elmerton Ave., Harrisburg, PA 17110.Questions must be submitted in writing to RA-SPPSPBIDS@pa.gov no later than May 9, 2024.All bids must be submitted through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.usAttached to this IFB is a Proof of Visit Form which must be signed by the Station Commander or representative and the Vendor. The Contact Name and phone number for the Station site visit is at the top of the form. This form must be attached (uploaded) with the bid submission.Attached to this IFB is BOP-2201 Worker Protection form must be completed and attached (uploaded) with the bid submission.Proof of Insurance must be attached with the bid.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. All bidders are responsible for monitoring the DGS emarketplace website to view any change notices to this IFB. The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this bid.
