It is basically divided into: a) Deployment: commissioning of the multi-service network infrastructure that supports communications, CCTV and sensors already installed. b) Monitoring and early warning: implementation and operation of an active monitoring system that guarantees continuous supervision (24x7) of the operational status of all the elements included in this tender. c) Support and maintenance: operations daily to guarantee operational continuity, failure prevention, agile resolution of incidents and continuous improvement of all devices and systems subject to this tender d) Corrective maintenance: the successful bidder must perform corrective maintenance of the devices and systems included in the tender when they present failures, through diagnosis (remote or on-site)...
