Maximum amount excluding tax for purchase order services: 1, 900, 000.00 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an “ordinary market” part and a “purchase order framework agreement” part. The framework agreement includes the supply of water meters and radio modules, the supply and associated services of deployment of a remote reading network and development of IT tools for the IT processing of data and their exploitation. The market also provides for a warranty extension intended to protect the Adjudicating Entity from premature failure of meters and transmitting heads. It is thus planned over a period covering the complete life cycle of the meters/transmitting heads, i.e. 12 rolling years
