the university invites you to submit a proposal for an it service management solution. We are seeking a broad set of integrated functionality that is highly configurable and extensible and can be efficiently implemented and upgraded, that includes: -c accessibility through an intuitive web-based interface, which is easily configured to adapt to a wide variety of workflows and processes and caters to multiple workspaces. -c single, integrated platform for our internal and external customers that supports at minimum: o self-service portal o incident management o knowledge management o chat services o request management o problem management o survey management o change management o service level management o configuration management database (cmdb) o reporting o performance analytics o service catalog o custom application creator o email support o mobile accessibility. -c deployment in a modular fashion, allowing the resolution of immediate business needs and the ability to access, configure and build new itil based applications as our requirements evolve. -c multi-instance architecture with proven scalability for global enterprises and state-of-the art advantages in security, reliability and flexibility. -c availability of upgrades that are designed to be efficient and compatible with configuration changes and applied with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. -c simple subscription licensing that includes technical support, maintenance and upgrades to keep our costs both low and predictable.
