BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT ORIGINAL BROCHURES SHOWING CERTIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT BEING OFFERED.

SUPPLIERS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED TO SUBMIT THEIR PRICE QUOTATION IF THEY CANNOT DELIVER THE ITEMS OR COMMODITIES W/IN FIVE (5) DAYS FROM ISSUANCE OF NOTICE OF AWARD/PURCHASE ORDER.
