It is a goal that Flytoget's customers should experience frictionless non-conformance handling when this occurs. The flight train's deviation management must be characterized by precision, trust and attentiveness. Therefore, there are strict requirements for good attitudes and strong commitment at all levels of the bus operator's organisation. Systematic follow-up and quality control are central to Flytoget. The contract period is the year 2027 (one year) with an option to extend for up to five (5) years, with one (1) year at a time. The maximum total contract period is six (6) years.
