Tender Details

The subject of the public order is the extension of the existing ambulance base in Stříbr. The extension will create the Stříbro exit base - garage (retention tank). A garage will be added to the existing building of the ZZSPK center, which will connect to the existing garage object ZZSPK. On the west side of the existing building, a parking facility with dimensions of 13, 520 x 9, 750 m and a height of 5, 150 m will be added. The proposed extension will respect the existing ZZSPK building in terms of height and length. The proposed extension will not be the existing one the connection to these utility networks is affected and will remain fully preserved. The connection to drinking water, power and natural gas distributions will be made through internal distributions. The connection to the sewage and storm sewer systems will be made within the ZZSPK area and all construction work will therefore take place only on the builder's lot 1025/13 and in building no. 3441. The proposed garage space is a one-story building without a basement with a flat, single-skin roof. A PVC roofing film is designed as a roof covering. Rainwater will be fed into a new retention tank. The newly designed retention tank will receive both newly created water from the newly designed extension and new roads, as well as rainwater from the existing building and existing roads.
