The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of Municipality of San Fabian, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites Community Based Service Providers (CBSPs) interested to participate in the procurement of the project Supplementary Feeding Program (SFP) for Child Development Centers (CDCs) in Municipality of San Fabian, Pangasinan in accordance with Section 35.11 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
