Products or services: Dentist services The Municipality of Carahue invites Public Market providers to participate in the provision of Dental services for the establishments of the Municipal Health Department of the city of Carahue The Proposal will be governed by these bases and its Technical Specifications, in addition to other related documents and by the legal, regulatory and technical standards in force on the date of its opening, insofar as they are applicable. In addition, The written Clarifications issued by the Municipality or the Municipal Health Department will constitute the rules of this Proposal, whether they were requested by the participants themselves or given by it. The process of this Proposal will be governed by the mechanisms established in Law No. 18, 695 “Constitutional Organic Law of Municipalities”, and Law No. 19, 886 “Bases on Administrative Contracts for the Supply and Provision of Services”; and its Regulations; and the Regulation of Concessions, Contracts and Acquisitions of the Municipality of Carahue For legal purposes, once this Tender has been awarded, the parties must determine in the respective Contract, their addresses in the commune of Carahue. The Bases, the Technical Specifications and other information will be available to suppliers through the portal www.mercadopublico.cl.
