DENR5-CONSULTANCY-2024-04-001

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 5, Legazpi City, through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP2, 748, 000.00 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Third Party Service Provider for the Conduct of Protected Area Management Zones Delineation of Catanduanes Natural Park with reference number DENR5-CONSULTANCY-2024-04-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
