The subject of the construction is the removal of the building with the preservation and protection of construction loans on public technical infrastructure. For the demolition of the building, permission was given to the local construction team. A detailed description of the works is given in the documentation prepared by Ing. Frantik Kke KAIT:0100203. At the same time, the opinions of the owner and manager of the public technical infrastructure were included. The construction team was allowed to remove the building. Demolition works will be carried out by the contractor, including all administrative tasks for the protection of public health (the building contains asbestos), in accordance with the Waste Act. The construction works will be carried out in such a way as to minimize the traffic on the adjacent ground roads and parking lot walls, including the entrance from the parking garages. Adherence to hygienic limits is essential. The building will be demolished and gradually dismantled. Work on the removal of the building will be started by disconnecting the building from all engineering plants in cooperation with their managers. According to the dismantling of the technical equipment of the building (passage pipes, water and sewerage distribution, electrical installation), dismantling of boxwork and switchgear (remains of windows and two log cabins), both extensions on the north-western side will be dismantled at the same time.
