The subject of the order is the demolition of unused buildings: - a cowshed, a barn, a grain warehouse, a sheepfold, the foundations of a sheepfold, a garage and a cart scale located on the plot of land 458/28, precinct 0002 Komarno, commune. Janowice Wielkie, Karkonosze poviat in accordance with issued a demolition permit decision and prepared demolition documentation. The scope of work includes: Demolition of buildings, including foundations, removal of rubble and tidying up the area. Demolition of elements containing asbestos and its disposal. Deleting objects from geodetic records of buildings by reporting the liquidation of facilities to the Department of Geodesy and Cartography of the relevant district office. Preparation of as-built geodetic documentation by an authorized surveyor with an update of the basic map. Absolutely Before starting the actual demolition works, in cooperation with an ornithologist and chiropterologist, examine the building in terms of the possible presence of habitats, nesting places and shelters for birds and bats (or lack thereof).
