With this call for tenders, the area of responsibility for urban planning in the urban environment service area of the city of Lahti is looking for a service provider for the demolition planning of the objects to be demolished in the fall of 2026, the preparation of the documents for tendering the demolition contract, the demolition contract for tendering and construction of demolition works, supervision and duties of the developer's safety coordinator in accordance with the attached tender documents. In addition, preliminary studies related to demolition must be done for some of the sites: demolition materials and construction waste assessment (RAPU), asbestos and harmful substances survey and a statement on the usability of the demolition material (Vna 843/2017). The surveys, plans and documents required for the contract tendering of the objects under procurement must be completed in such a way that the demolition works can be tendered so that the demolition works of the Asemantausta kindergarten and the Ahtiala kindergarten are completed and the plots are ready for construction by the end of 2026 at the latest. For other items the above surveys, plans and documents must be completed in such a way that the demolition contracts can be tendered, implemented and the plots handed over in construction condition by the end of January 2027 at the latest. The above schedule does not apply to Radanvarren tavara-asema, Mannerheiminkatu 3, for which the procurement only includes preliminary investigations related to dismantling. The preliminary studies for Mannerheiminkatu 3 must be ready 8 weeks after the procurement decision has been received...
