Demolition site is located: Haukilampi, Nurmijärvi This is a contract with a total price and the contract price must include all work related to the demolition. and in accordance with the documents attached to it, fully completed. The work can be started in week 39, provided that the demolition permit has not been appealed and the contract has been signed. It is a total contract and the general construction contract rules are followed in the contract contractual conditions YSE 1998 (RT 16-10660). The selected contractor acts as the main contractor and the main implementer as defined by the legislation. The contractor is subject to the obligations referred to in § 1 - § 4 of the YSE if the request for tender or the attached material does not have otherwise mentioned.
