1. The subject of the order is the performance of demolition works of buildings included in the KOWR register as a residential building, inventory no. 18-2*B and a wooden shed inventory no. 5/108/2024 along with accompanying infrastructure and landscaping located on plot 122, registration district of Kiel, Studzienice commune, Bytów poviat, Pomeranian voivodeship.2. The detailed scope of work was described in the construction design for demolition works, technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, bill of quantities, and valuation of materials from recovery and in the draft provisions of the contract.3. This demolition will be carried out on the basis of the demolition permit issued by decision of the Starosta of Bytów No. 146/2025/S of May 16, 2026 (letter number AB.IF.S.6741.2.2025), certificate Starosta of Bytów No. 35/2025/S of June 4, 2025 on the finality of the decision (letter reference: AB.IF.S.314.1.3.2025).4.
