**Quotes shall be valid, at a minimum, 120 calendar days from submission deadline.**
Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this contract. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government-s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
The Contractor shall furnish all parts, labor material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to demolish vacant Building 13140 Thor Dormitory including slabs, adjacent sidewalks, interior floors, walls, ceilings, exterior walls, roof, interior and exterior doors, windows and all existing equipment (e.g. mechanical, communications, electrical systems) and any furnishings within the building.
