Object No. 98 - The object will be removed due to its emergency technical condition. The construction will thus free up space for a new apartment building. The shape of the house is in the shape of the letter L. The building is partly two-storey and covered with a gable roof with a 40-degree slope. Saddle shields roofs are significantly applied to the street profile. The roof above the shorter vertical wing is a counter. TS extension object - The removed part of the building serves as the technical and technological background of the existing hall, which is part of the technical services area. The building extension being removed is partly a ground-floor single-storey building and partly a single-storey underground building. The above-ground part of the extension being removed is a brick building roofed with a counter roof sheathing with metal roofing. Underground part of the removed extension is designed as a brick building equipped with a ceiling ceramic-ŽB support plate. CPV subject: Demolition and earthworks
