There is also some supplementary work in this connection. All demolition, clean-up, delivery of waste to landfill, as well as preparation of land is included in the assignment. In addition, an end wall must be created in the garage which adjoins the end wall of the gymnasium which is to be demolished. In addition to this, prices must be submitted for the establishment of water and electricity in the new park, as well as lighting at the short end of the current ball field. The client has not decided decide how the plot is to be developed yet. Two different alternatives, asphalt and lawn, have therefore been proposed in the competition. This procurement is a turnkey contract in accordance with NS 8407. It is encouraged to inspect the property before submitting an offer.
