D2. SCOPE OF WORKD2.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the Wet Demolition and Removal of materials of 813/815 Main St, Winnipeg, Manitoba as per Specification 427_2024_Hazmat Scope of Work issued by Pinchin Ltd. dated May 9th, 2025(a) The Contractor must notify the Workplace Safety and Health Director's Office at least 5 Business Days before beginning the Work to alter or demolish the building structure that contains Asbestos Containing Materials that may release into the atmosphere as per Regulation 37.8(2).(b) The Contractor must supply the Contract Administrator the Workplace Safety and Health Tracking number information for our records a minimum of Two (2) Business Days prior to starting onsite.(c) The Contractor is responsible for the provision of an Engineer's Report for the Demolition Permit Application for the excavation procedure to protect neighbouring properties and structures.D2.2 Further to C6, the Contractor will arrange to have the gas and hydro connections disconnected and meters removed.
