Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the demolition and construction of a social services building in Przetoczyn in accordance with the decision on construction permit No. AB.6740.4.557.2025.14 of April 8, 2026, issued by the Starost of Wejherowo. As part of the investment in question The construction of a social services building and the reconstruction of the water supply network (in terms of the necessary technical infrastructure) are planned. The designed building with eight supported single-person apartments and a common area as well as technical infrastructure will serve services social. Supported apartments are intended for people in difficult life situations (in accordance with the Act of March 12, 2004 on social assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1214, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Family and Social Policy of on October 30, 2023 regarding training and assisted housing (Journal of Laws, item 2354)).
