Demolition Activities
Remove all fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, etc.).
Demolish and dispose of non-load-bearing walls as specified (see plans) and create a new opening in a 30 cm tick wall for new restroom access (consulting a structural engineer report)
Remove and properly dispose of plumbing lines, electrical wiring, and HVAC components, etc.
Ensure safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with local regulations.
Site Cleanup
Clear and dispose of all demolition debris.
Clean the site to prepare for construction.
New Installation
Preparation
Inspect and repair or upgrade structural elements (walls, floors, ceilings) as necessary.
Install new plumbing lines, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards, including ADA requirements.
Construction and Installation
Construct new walls, partitions, and any necessary structural modifications.
Install new flooring (tiles, anti-slip surfaces, etc.).
Install wall finishes (tiles, paint, panels, etc.).
Install new restroom fixtures (toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, mirrors, etc.).
