TVL/2026/1994/OMB/VAS - 1 TVL/2026/1994/OMB/VAS - 2 The object of the assignment is: • The demolition of the above-ground volume of the hospital wing in Leut; • All asbestos removal in the building; • Waterproofing part of the basement cover: • Clearing the basement including removing all techniques. This plot concerns the complete demolition of the hospital wing, up to 80 cm above ground level and will serve as a parapet for the basement. The interior walls are perpendicular to the exterior walls are broken off at an angle of 45° and will fulfill the role of buttress. The exterior carpentry, with the exception of the sectional door, in the facade will be removed. All window and door openings are closed with concrete. On top of the demolished building masonry, a concrete beam, unreinforced, is cast on site that will serve as a seal against rainwater seepage.
