Tender Details

The subject of the order are three tasks including construction works involving the demolition of facilities as part of one package, which includes the following items: 1. Task No. 1 Building of the former pumping station Lenictwo Ldziny;2. Task No. 2 Demolition of a warehouse and building economic with reservoirs Lenictwo Giszowiec;3. Task No. 3 Lenictwo Imielin warehouse building. The ordering party will not divide the order into parts, because all three tasks include demolition works of a similar technical nature, carried out in as part of one work package requiring a uniform organizational approach. In particular: The scope of work in each task is the same in terms of technology, method of carrying out work, required equipment and qualifications of staff, which justifies entrusting them one contractor to ensure technical and organizational coherence. The implementation of works in three locations requires a coordinated schedule, uniform supervision and a uniform safety and security system for the area.
