Provision of public scheduled transport services in the form of so-called on-demand transport in accordance with § 2 paragraph 7 of Act No. 111/1994 Coll., on road transport, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Road Act"), in a defined area and within a specified time frame. This is a contract on public services in the transport of passengers within the meaning of Act No. 194/2010 Coll., on public services in the transport of passengers and on the amendment of other laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "ZVS") and Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EC) No. 1370/2007 of 23 October 2007 on public services in the transport of passengers by rail and road and on the repeal of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 1191/69 and No. 1107/70, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"). On the supplier's side, the business risk associated with the amount of revenue from fares is excluded for the provision of public services in the transport of passengers, as compensation (price) is paid to the supplier for the provision of on-demand transport services according to the number of days of service provision, or according to the number of kilometers over the limit, regardless of the fare selected by the supplier after deducting the specified fees (in particular bank, card, terminal operator, payment gateway, third-party payment system, etc., hereinafter referred to as "transaction fees"), the full amount is returned to the client.
