Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Demand Modelling Services.

Sydney Metro is requesting tenders to provide Demand Modelling Services for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport project.

The Service Provider will be responsible for the operation of TfNSW Transport Demand models including one or more of the Strategic Travel model (STM), the Public Transport Project Model (PTPM), and the Enhanced Train Crowding Model (ETCM), as well as the provision of technical advice to support Sydney Metro-s decision-making process in support of Business Case development.

The main purpose of the services is to support:

· An update to the broader place based strategic business case (SBC) for the full Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport from Schofields to Macarthur and related transport links.

· the development of a Project Definition Design and Final Business Case (FBC) for the SMWSA Stage 1 component from St Marys to Badgerys Creek Aerotropolis.
