1.2 PurposeThis Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the modernization of duplex Elevators #1 and #2 at Delta Hospital. The scope includes Prime Contractor responsibility, permits and coordination with all trades, elevator modernization scope, related electrical work, fire alarm work, machine room mechanical work, and infection control during construction.The project is estimated to be completed and ready for Operational takeover on October 2027.
