Synopsis: Description:DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE AFWAY PORTAL ALL NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATIONS ISSUEDPURSUANT TO FAIR OPPRTUNITY ARE CURRENTLY BEING POSTED ON FBO. ONLY AWARDEES UNTERTHE NETCENTS-2 IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.NETCENTS-2 SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented withadditional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals arebeing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government reserves the right to award withoutdiscussions.The solicitation document FA8604-18-F-1323, is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) and incorporates FAR provisionsand clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-99.
